GlobePDF (https://globepdf.com) provides PDF, image, and document tools that run in your web browser. We built the service for privacy-sensitive workflows such as bank statements, tax documents, contracts, IDs, and similar files. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do not collect, and how the browser-only workflow works.

Summary

• Your files stay on your device. The public PDF, image, and document tools process files locally in your browser. We do not receive or store your document contents for those tools.
• Minimal data collection. We collect only what is needed to operate the website, measure traffic when analytics is configured, and protect the service from abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How file processing works

When a tool asks you to upload, select, drag, or drop a file, that means you are giving your own browser access to the local file so the tool can process it on your device. For the public browser-based tools, your PDFs, images, signatures, typed text, and generated outputs are not transmitted to GlobePDF servers.

File data may be held temporarily in your browser memory while a preview or conversion runs. We do not intentionally store document contents in cookies, local storage, or server-side databases. Close the tab or clear your browser site data if you want to remove any temporary browser state.

If we ever offer a feature that requires server-side processing, account access, or a file transfer, that tool should say so clearly before you use it.

Information we may collect

Usage and analytics

We may use web analytics, including Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured, to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data may include pages visited, referring page, browser type, device type, approximate location such as country or region, and event timing. Analytics does not include the contents of files processed locally in your browser.

Tool usage records

The current public tool flow runs client-side. If an optional backend usage-tracking mode is enabled, the app may record that a tool was used so we can understand demand, prevent abuse, or enforce limits. This usage record does not include your file contents.

Account features

When you create an account or subscribe to paid features, we may collect account details such as your email address, authentication data, plan status, and account-level usage information. We will use that information to provide the requested account features and support the service.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, request time, user agent, referring page, and requested URL. These logs help with security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability. They do not include the contents of files processed locally by the browser tools.

Because the public tools process files locally, we do not retain your document contents on our servers. Server logs and analytics records are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, measurement, and business purposes, then deleted or aggregated. If optional account features are enabled, account information is retained for as long as needed to provide those features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Children

GlobePDF is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

GlobePDF is available globally. Technical data such as logs and analytics may be processed in countries where our hosting, analytics, and service providers operate.
